Unlike bank deposits or government bonds, private market investments are not protected by any government compensation scheme. Before committing to any opportunity, you should be satisfied that you can afford to lose the full amount invested.

Private market investments are generally illiquid. There is no secondary market on MarketGlide. Once you have committed capital to an SPV, you should expect to hold that position until the underlying deal reaches a natural exit event — typically 2 to 7 years, sometimes longer. You should only invest capital you do not need access to in the short to medium term.

Past performance of any deal, SPV, sponsor, or manager referenced on MarketGlide is not indicative of future results. Returns on private market investments are highly variable. Strong historical performance of a strategy or GP does not guarantee future returns on subsequent deals.
